Device will then\n  be reset to factory settings.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Avtel shall not be held responsible in\n  any way whatsoever for any loss of data or information \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  stored on your device.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Make sure IMEI inserted in correct \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  In the event of imei being expired,\n  your repair will be treated as Out of Warranty an \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  quoted accordingly. POP&#8217;s will not be\n  accepted after your repair is completed.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Do not send accessories that are not\n  related to the fault reported. Memory cards and Sim cards are not to \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  be booked \/ sent in with your device\n  for repairs, it will be destroyed immediately on receipt at \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  AVTEL in accordance with POPI policy.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  If the fault is found by AVTEL to be\n  due to misuse, abuse, liquid damage or beyond economical \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  repair, your device will be out of\n  warranty and the responsible person for this account will be held liable \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  for cost incurred in connection with\n  the repair.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  In the event that the device is out of\n  warranty, you will be given an estimate for the repairs prior to any \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  work being undertaken.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  You will be contacted for authorization\n  of repair costs. Repairs will be effected on confirmed \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  &#8220;go ahead&#8221; of the estimate.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Payment will be required within 7\n  (seven) days after the confirmation of the repair and Proof of Payment to \n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  be mailed to info@avtel.co.za\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Estimated jobs not responded to in 5\n  (five) days since quote was given \/ sent, will be returned not repaired.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Repairs done by Avtel in respect of\n  faults identified are covered by a standard 3 (three) months\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  workmanship warranty and such warranty\n  does not extend to liquid damaged or physical damaged devices.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Certain devices may not be repaired by\n  Avtel, in that instance, you may receive a swap out and \/ or\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  reconditioned device in accordance with\n  the manufacturer warranty policy.\n  <\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\n  Out of Warranty repaired devices will\n  only be dispatched on receipt of payment.
